ANB - A New Beginning 2020 is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. While "2020" was a time that was extrememly difficult for us all, we wanted to provide a new postive connotation to that year. Much like how a phoenix rises from the ashes, we wanted to provide a way for people to start anew.
The core goal for ANB is to provide affordable housing to low income individuals and families. The COVID-19 pandemic has taken far too much from us all, and has left many things uncertain. We want to shine a ray of hope, with a clear "20/20 vision" for the future of you and your family. Let's rebuild together.

Our organization will utilize community service providers to aid tenants in improving the basic skills needed to live a healthy and productive life. Classes will include: Independent Living, Financial Literacy and Budgeting, Goal Planning, and more to come.

Contact UsThe employment assistance program will help tenants prepare for a new start towards self-sufficiency. Tenants will receive workshops on improving Job Readiness Skills, Interviewing skills, and Presentation Skills. We also help our teanants with job searching.

We offer a variety of support classes for tenants. Classes will include mental health, starting over, parenting, substance abuse, the impact of homelessness, overcoming crisis, and more to be added.
